I tried Endel, which is cool but didn't quite click for me. I wound up using two background noise apps daily: Brainwave (for its catalog of binaural beats, not its interface) and Dark Noise (Desk Fan is on as I write this).

I haven’t tried Brainwave (going to search for it after this), but a big fan of Dark Noise too. Endel has taken a while to get into, but I find it fantastic for sleeping and focusing. More so than Brain.fm which I was trying before that.
